Where creativity gets to be free.

The people doing the most important work in the world often have the hardest time being seen for it. Not because the work isn't good, but because the tools and frameworks available to them were built for a different kind of business altogether.

We built this studio for them.

WORK WITH OUR STUDIO

What drives our creative work

These aren't brand values we workshopped in a strategy session. They're the things I've argued for in rooms where it wasn't convenient, and built this studio around when the easier path was available.

PEOPLE AND PLANET OVER PROFIT

CARE AS A DAILY PRACTICE

OUR CREATIVITY IS OUR GREATEST ASSET

NATURE IS THE BEST TEACHER

  • We don't believe in rushing to check a box. Our process is intentional, human-paced, and grounded in doing the work well, not just quickly. Meaningful work takes time to unfold. We build timelines that respect that.

  • Creativity Is Liberation. We're not interested in creative presence as performance. We're interested in it as truth-telling… making sure the world can see what you're actually building, in a way that reflects how you actually want to build it. Creativity, to us, is how we express, resist, reimagine, and build new. It's how we question systems that don't serve us, and design alternatives that do.

  • Most people come to us feeling tangled. Tangled in expectations, in the pressure to market themselves in ways that feel wrong, in systems that demand constant output without offering much support in return. Our work begins by helping you untangle. We create space to reconnect with what you're actually trying to say, make, and offer… and then help you build structures that support that work in real life. Not a polished version of something. The real thing.

  • No power plays. No prescriptive formulas. No one-size-fits-all processes. We listen closely, ask deep questions, and build in relationship with you. Our role is not to override your voice or vision, but to help you hear it more clearly and design systems that let it carry. We don't build brands and hand them over. We tend to them. The process doesn't end when the files are delivered, it ends when the work is genuinely carrying what you built it to carry.

  • Trends fade. Tactics change. Platforms come and go. But your values, your message, and your reason for creating remain. That's what we build from. And that's what allows the work to last.

  • We are committed to ethical, inclusive, and anti-oppressive creative practices… continually questioning who benefits, who is included, and what kind of impact our work has culturally, socially, and environmentally. This isn't an add-on. It's foundational.

About Natalie Brite

FOUNDER OF DOGOODBIZ | LEADER DESIGNER & STRATEGIST

Natalie Brite (they/them) is a non-binary designer, systems thinker, and creative mentor whose work sits at the intersection of a design practice informed by ecological thinking, decolonial frameworks, and a deep commitment to collective care.

As the founder of DoGoodBiz Studio, Natalie works with conscious leaders, practitioners, and movement builders who want to do business differently and who need a creative partner who actually understands what that means.

Their background in fine art, philosophy, and sustainable development shapes an approach to creative work that is strategic, values-rooted, and built around the long arc of what folks are sharing with the world.

Creative work as a living relationship.

I built this studio because I kept noticing how little guidance there was available for how to approach work, creativity, and growing a business that is genuinely good for people and the planet.

How do you sustain a creative practice without burning out or selling out? How do you price your work ethically when the market tells you to charge what you can get? How do you show up publicly in ways that are genuinely inclusive rather than performatively diverse? How do you build something rooted in care for the living world when the dominant business models are built on extraction from it?

These aren't questions with easy answers. But they're worth asking… out loud, together, with enough honesty to actually move through them. That's what the studio is for. That's what the Creative Camp is for. That's what our Field Notes are for.

I believe creative work is one of the most important things we do. Not because it produces beautiful objects or clever campaigns, but because it's how we make sense of the world, share what we know, and imagine something better into being. It deserves to be treated with that kind of seriousness. And the people doing it deserve support that matches the depth of what they're trying to build.

What AI
cannot do.
And never will.

The studios that will thrive in the next decade aren't the ones who fight AI or are consumed by it. They're the ones who get clearer about what human-centred, values-rooted creative work actually is, and make that difference visible.

DoGoodBiz is already living this. The work now is naming it clearly.

✦ Understand the specific human being in front of you, what they're actually trying to build, what they've already tried, what they're afraid to say out loud.

✦ Hold the complexity of values, community, ethics, and long-term vision together in a single coherent system that actually reflects who you are.

✦ Know which story is true about a brand, and which is just clever. That distinction is the whole job.

✦ Develop genuine relationships. Help someone discover their own voice. Build trust over time. Be a creative partner who actually shows up.

✦ These are exactly what we do. Strategy over execution. Values-informed over AI-generated. Human care over automated output

A Note on Pricing

We believe good creative work should be accessible to the people doing meaningful work in the world.

All of our pricing is a starting point. We offer budget-based and custom pricing for every project.

We don’t think it’s taboo or off-limits to talk about money, budgets, or pricing restrictions. Instead, we encourage a transparent convo.

We take on limited pro bono projects throughout the year to accomodate folks who have an incredible mission but lack financial access.
